The Retirement Living and Aged Care Business Unit provides development and  project management services to private and non-profit organisations involved in retirement living and aged care facilities.

EPM can manage feasibility and due diligence studies, liaise with Councils and other statutory authorities to obtain development approvals, manage the design process, tender and negotiate with building contractors and manage the construction phase.
